Derek Begue is the Chief Financial Officer at Cyclyx, bringing nearly two decades of diverse experience to the role. His strong financial acumen has empowered him to lead cross-functional teams and portfolios exceeding $12 billion across the manufacturing and chemical industries.

Before joining Cyclyx, Mr. Begue held several management roles at LyondellBasell, most recently as director of global business finance for the intermediates and derivatives segment. In this position, he and his team helped the company strategically navigate change and market uncertainty. Prior to that, he worked for Grant Thornton, LLP and Verizon.

Mr. Begue holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Akron.
