Brandon Wilson is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Cyclyx, bringing over 15 years of experience to the position.  
  
Previously, he served as a lawyer for ExxonMobil Corporation, where he most recently was the general counsel for ExxonMobil's affiliates in India. While at ExxonMobil, Mr. Wilson managed a team of lawyers and support professionals who handled all ExxonMobil business and operations on the Indian subcontinent, including its 2,000+ employee site in Bengaluru. Before that, he held roles in Houston, TX, and Moscow, Russia, supporting various exploration and joint-venture projects. Prior to joining ExxonMobil, he worked for a private law firm, Hogan Lovells, in Washington, D.C.  
  
Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Russian from Brigham Young University and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
